We do not use advertising cookies. The app stores a session token and your language choice in the browser (local storage) so you stay signed in and keep your language. AgentaOS may set cookies on Checkout as described in AgentaOS’s documentation.

We keep account and property data while your account is active. After deletion we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute purposes (for example billing history).

Landriva is intended for adults operating a rental business or accessing a landlord’s tenant portal. It is not directed at children under 16.
